It all began during his first major trip to Canada. At the time, it was simply the desire to capture what he saw, so he could share it with those around him upon his return. A perfect illustration of his generosity and his natural inclination to share.
Agency
LINKA was born over ten years ago from the meeting of two curious perspectives, driven by a shared desire to tell authentic stories through photography and film.
Its name, meaning “link” in Nepali, reflects its philosophy: creating meaningful and lasting human connections through imagery.
Guided by passion, high standards, and agility, the agency has developed its expertise across three areas of audiovisual production: Events, Documentary, and Brand Content.
Christophe Angot & Vincent Kronental,
founders of LINKA,
share a dual portrait reflecting
their complementary perspectives.
“If you ask him, Vincent will tell you that for him, it’s far more than just an image. It’s above all a story he truly cares about sharing.”
It was during his studies, and through his pursuit of discovering different ways of life around the world, that his passion for video took on a new dimension.
After a year in New Zealand, he settled in Bolivia. There, he embarked on the production of a documentary about a high-altitude expedition, A chacun son Thaki, in which he gives a voice to Andean guides.
From that moment on, video became his preferred way to create connections. And above all, to bring meaningful stories to light.
A few years later, he met lifestyle photographer Piotr Stoklosa, whom he assisted on numerous projects dedicated to the luxury world (Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior…).
At the heart of set preparation, Vincent discovered the demanding world of studio production. This experience strengthened his technical mastery of lighting and refined his eye, now focused on elevating and crafting the visual identity of brands.
“Ultimately, whether at the top of a mountain or in a watchmaking workshop, I see Vincent thriving as he tells these diverse stories. Stories that carry meaning, evoke emotion, and invite those who discover them to dream or reflect.”
“When you speak with Christophe, what stands out is that for him, his passion goes far beyond the image. He’ll tell you that what fascinates him most are the encounters it brings about.”
The journey began very early on. As a child, armed with his Polaroid, he was already nurturing a desire to share his discoveries with others. Today, that same drive to share remains unchanged. The desire to reveal the beauty of the world and of people.
From an early age, photography became an obvious path for Christophe. More than a passion, it was a calling. One he chose to deepen through studies in audiovisual production. This strong technical foundation now shapes his perspective: sensitive, artistic, and deeply human.
Through imagery Christophe seeks to create meaning and connection. He tells sincere stories, convinced that images can shift perspectives and, in their own way, help transform the world.
“Meeting, discovering, sharing, these are Christophe’s daily motivations. And as he often tells me, if his images can also make people travel, inspire them, or even change a life, then he will have truly achieved his goal.”
Behind every project lies an encounter, built on shared trust.
